The festival will showcase an extraordinary lineup of emerging voices, marquee performers, and forward-thinking artists who embody the past, present, and future of New York jazz. Roxy Bar will shine a spotlight on the best up-and-coming talent in the New York City jazz scene, featuring rising stars who reflect the sound and spirit of a new generation.

Italian jazz singer Simona Daniele has carved-out a remarkable musical path for herself, one which took her from the musical traditions of her homeland to the bustling jazz scene of New York City. Daniele earned Master’s degrees both in jazz voice from the Conservatory Giuseppe Verdi in Milan, and in jazz performance from the City College of New York where she studied as a Fulbright Scholar. Her sound marries technical mastery with heartfelt emotion, with her warm tone and expressive phrasing also taking cues from rhythmic influences from around the world. Daniele’s career has taken her to celebrated venues on both sides of the Atlantic, building her reputation as a dynamic and engaging live performer.
